All included Design & Project Management

Once the idea of a development has been embraced we start your ambition with a feasibility study, and the creation of another essential part: the Concept Process Design (CPD). In close consultation with the project members, the primary process of your facility is visualized in detail, including all necessary spaces and process installations. All process steps and process equipment are described, aligned, and made comprehensible.

In the following phases, the CPD will be developed into a Concept and Basic Design (BD), in which the architectural design, the civil construction, and all black and clean utilities are engineered. As an integral part of the BD the necessary documents for the application of the, so called, ‘Omgevingsvergunning’ will be drawn up, which includes the building permit. Also in the BD a technical description is made, necessary to acquire the right quotations and to select contractors.

During the permit application phase, the selected contractors are assigned on the basis of Engineering and Build. They will further develop the BD into a Detailed Design (DD), which will be signed off and ready for execution.

All documents regarding CQV are developed, reviewed and signed off. This is a parallel process based on the above mentioned phases / V-model. Once technical readiness of the building and building-related installations (clean and black utilities) is complete and qualification of these systems is finished, the process equipment will be installed and connected to the appropriate utilities.

After this, dry runs are executed to qualify and validate the process and its equipment, which includes the supervision of discussions with the authorising body / competent authorities.
