All included Design & Project Management

The ambitious development plan starts based on the feasibility study, with the creation of the most important part: the Conceptual Process Design (CPD). In close consultation with the project members, the primary process of the future facility is worked out. Including all necessary spaces and process installations. All process steps and process equipment are described, aligned, and made comprehensible.

In the second phase, the CPD will be developed into a Basic Design, which includes the architectural and constructive design of the building and its installations. All this is made complete for the application of the so called ‘Omgevingsvergunning’, which includes the building permit. Also in this phase, a technical description is made, necessary to select and contract executing parties.

During the permit application phase, the executing parties are selected on the basis of IFD and contracted through the principle of Engineering and Build. The executing parties then elaborate the plan so that it can be realised.

All documents regarding budget and CQV assumptions are reviewed. (reports, drawings, etc.) After technical readiness of the building and building-related installations (clean and black utilities), the process equipment will be installed and connected.

After this, dry runs are made to qualify and validate the process and its equipment. Included in this phase is also the supervision of discussions with approving parties/authorities on the principles of the new facility.
